1. Ensure all day-to-day functions of debriefing process performs smoothly.
2. Call on every consignee for undelivered shipments and confirm reason shipments.
3. Check and verify each return shipment physically for proper packaging thoroughly.
4. Maintain and Update status in system.
5. Ensure a follow-up of the zero value shipments from consignee.
6. Coordinate with Call Center and Return department on daily basis for smooth working.
7. Guide and help riders for proper proof of deliveries scan in Rider APP.
8. Any other work assigned by the Debriefing Manager.
